University Brand Review (UBR) Requests
All promotional materials must be submitted for UBR review. The UBR process serves several purposes:
- To indicate that the material has been reviewed and meets Penn State’s brand standards.
- To create a record of the promotional materials produced by units at the University.
- To identify the unit that produced the publication.

You don’t need to wait until your flyer is approved through the UBR system to start promoting your event. In fact, you may not even need a flyer at all. Learn more about effective ways to promote your events.
